I am a Project Lead for team Culture Interlock. We set out to facilitate the transition to American culture for Stanford International Students.

After having interviewed 50+ students, I assembled and led a team of 4 through research and development of 2 separate products. By leveraging the design thinking process, we settled on a two fold solution: re-designing International Student Orientation to feel more welcoming and social as well as building a map based social networking platform to increase the visibility of the international community and foster connection. We are currently partnering with the Stanford administration to implement our products by Fall 2017.

Aside from team specific duties, I also taught 6 seminars on design thinking fundamentals attended by 300 students.
