



After my freshman year I worked on a project for Hong Kong based Serisys Solutions, a financial software company, where I proposed and executed a strategy to attract high caliber fresh graduates from Hong Kong and Chinese universities.
Through extensive user research, I determined that smaller, lesser-known companies need to have a strong online presence displaying both opportunities and culture and should brand themselves as start-ups to get more attention since students associate the term with more responsibility and greater professional development.

I presented this knowledge to the CEO, COO, and Chairman, ultimately convincing them to adopt a culture of sharing. I kicked off the initiative with a overhaul of existing social profiles and production of 2 separate promotional videos. My work resulted in a 100% year over year growth in number of applicants per entry level position.
